3 Top Beachfront Rental Areas of NJ

The idea behind beachfront rentals is simple - To offer a much desired luxury at affordable prices to everyone. They make ideal vacation spots and are extremely popular among both native visitors and foreign tourists. While such beach colonies can be found in most states along the coastline, New Jersey stands out as being notoriously famous for its sandy beaches and scenic beach houses.

The State of New Jersey is home to over a dozen beach colonies. They all provide excellent amenities and luxuries for visitors from all walks of life. Here I will list three locations which I found to be the best to rent as a beachfront property and for having a great family vacation in.

1. Beach Haven, New Jersey – Officially in the Top 10:

Located in Ocean Country, on the southern part of Long Beach Island, this borough has a population of a little over one thousand people. Not only is Beach Haven my favorite beach resort, it was also ranked the ninth best beach in New Jersey in the 2008 Top 10 Beaches Contest. Some of my favorite attractions here include:

· Surf light Theatre

· Bay Village Shopping Center

· Long Beach Island Museum

2. Loveladies, New Jersey – Home of the LBIF:

This neighborhood is also located in Long Beach Island between Barnegat Light and Harvey Cedars. It is famous for its large-scale elegant homes owned and rented by celebrities from around the world. Apart for its beautiful beaches and celebrity status, Loveladies Is also home to the LBI Foundation of Arts and Sciences. Founded in 1948, this establishment provides numerous recreation programs for local residents as well as visitors.

3. Barnegat Light – Make Sure to Visit “Old Barney”:

This borough has a population of around 800 and borders the Atlantic Ocean. It is largely famous for the Barnegat Lighthouse also known as “Old Barney” which was created back in 1859. It is located at the northern tip of Long Beach Island at what is now the Barnegat Light State Park.

Beachfront rentals are pretty much the same anywhere you go. But what I liked the most about these three New Jersey cities was that each had its own special must-see attraction that made it unique from others.
